Please read through the policy and warranty terms for purchasing our cheap laptops and computer

Receipt of purchase of our Laptop must be presented.

Faulty product that has been worked on by any other company Engineer Automatically terminates the warranty

Warranty does NOT cover screen/Motherboard.

Product with SCRATCH, LIQUID or PHYSICAL DAMAGE will not be accepted.

LAPTOP/PHONE BOX with Liquid Damage or Tear will not be accepted for Swap.

Warranty does NOT cover accessories.

Products can ONLY be swapped within 7 DAYS of purchase if found faulty.

After 7 DAYS of purchase, no device swap but ONLY faulty components will be replaced through warranty.
